§ 04 — Consulting

Advice with the number behind it.

Five packages. Take one, take several, or license the whole suite. Each stands on its own, and each makes the others work better.

Package 01 — Customer & Loyalty Program

Foundation, strategy, execution.

A loyalty program that performs, win-back campaigns that bring lapsed customers back, and the operational systems that have to be right before either one can work.

Phase 1

Foundation

A loyalty strategy is only as reliable as the systems underneath it. Phase 1 confirms yours can carry one, before anything is built on top.

  • Regulatory discovery. The rules that govern what you can sell, track and say: purchase limits, product rules, tracking and compliance, marketing rules, customer-data rules and the competitive landscape.
  • Data integrity. Is the data inside each system sound on its own, and do your point-of-sale and loyalty systems reconcile?

What you get

Regulatory operating brief · Integration audit · Data integrity scorecard · Remediation roadmap · Executive readout with a go / no-go on Phase 2

Phase 2

Strategy

With the foundation verified, we turn your data into a read on the business and build the strategy on what it actually says.

  • Where you are today. Discounting, communications and loyalty as they actually run, including what's quietly costing you margin.
  • Customer analysis. Who your customers are, how they buy, and where revenue concentrates.
  • Competitive analysis. Where you sit against your market on pricing, product mix, promotions and loyalty offers.
  • Where we take it. Data integrity, retention and win-back, pricing and promotions, loyalty redemptions, communications, and customer segmentation.

What you get

Current-state map · Customer behavior analysis · Competitive analysis · Segmentation framework · Pricing & promo plan · Loyalty & redemption plan

Phase 2 is scoped at the Phase 1 readout, once we know what condition your data is in.

Phase 3

Execution

Where the strategy stops being a document. We build the infrastructure, launch the programs, and put the measurement in place.

  • Build the infrastructure. An improved setup inside your point-of-sale and loyalty platforms, so every program after it is measurable by default.
  • Loyalty, pricing and product. What points are worth, what they buy and how redemption drives the next visit, with a defined pricing and product strategy.
  • Groups and communications. Customer groups built from the segmentation work, and who hears what, how often.
  • KPIs and the feedback loop. The measures and the review timeline, so changes get judged on evidence, not impressions.

What you get

Infrastructure build · Redemption recommendations · Pricing & product strategy · Customer groups & communications plan · KPI framework & review cadence

Why it repeats

Phase 3 is the only phase that repeats. Measure, learn, adjust, measure again. That loop separates a program that improves from one that just launches.

Package 02 — Retail Performance Review

How the stores actually sell.

A full review of pricing, promotions, margin and the mechanics of the floor itself, aimed squarely at revenue and profitability.

Pricing & margin

Margin by category, brand and SKU: where you make money today, and where there's more to claim. Price structure checked against what customers actually buy.

Promotions & discounting

What's working, what isn't, and where there's margin to win back from promotions that only look like growth.

Speed of transaction

Queue times, transaction speed and the peak hours where sales get lost. The fastest revenue gains are usually operational, not promotional.

The retail experience

Everything between the door and the sale: layout, merchandising, staff interaction and checkout, and what each can add to basket size.

What you get

  • Margin analysis by category
  • Pricing recommendations
  • Promo performance review
  • Throughput & speed report
  • Retail experience audit
  • Revenue & profitability roadmap

How we hand it over

Not a list of ideas. Every recommendation comes with the number behind it: what it should move, by roughly how much, and how you'll know whether it worked.
