§ 01 — Brand management

One brand, held to one standard.

A brand is only as strong as its least consistent location. We set the standards, approve what carries the name, supply what goes on the shelf, and run the shared services behind it.

What we manage

Six things every location gets the same way.

The same guide, the same approvals, the same suppliers and the same reporting, whether it's the first location or the twelfth.

01

Brand standards

The brand guide, logo and marks, slogan and voice, and the rules for using them. Marketing and advertising are reviewed against the guidelines before they run.

02

Packaging and merchandise

Nothing carries the brand without approval. We supply approved branded packaging, apparel and accessories to every location.

03

Shared services

Marketing, website and search, software, analytics and signage are bought once for the whole network. Each location is billed its share every month.

04

Opening support

Standard operating procedures, build-out and design support, licensing and regulatory support, insurance guidance, and hiring and recruiting for a new location.

05

Operating support

Product sourcing and weekly buying calls, point-of-sale setup, on-site training and cross-training at established locations, plus social media and marketing materials.

06

Reporting and review

Monthly reporting from every licensed location, and an annual review visit with efficiency and sales recommendations.

What you get

  • Brand guide and usage rules
  • Marketing review
  • Approved packaging and merchandise
  • Shared-services program
  • Operating procedures
  • Training

Why it matters

Consistency is what makes a brand licensable. Every location that looks, sounds and runs the same makes the next one easier to open.
